Negative comments mentioned in the articles are supported by photographs whenever possible. In all cases, the comments are based on facts and actual experiences, are made in good faith, and are in no way intended to discredit or damage the hotel’s reputation.

The comments appearing in the “The Devil is in the Details” section address aspects that, in my assessment, might, for example, not be common to all rooms in the establishment, or that have a minimal impact on the quality of the stay.
