Modern furniture at the Meridien Versailles

During my visit at the Meridien Versailles in Montreal Golden Mile district, many pieces of furniture caught my attention.
First, I noted a night stand with the shape of two reversed pyramids. This geometric style suited well to the hotel ’70 retro style. Unless I am mistaken, this table is a creation of the designer James Tan.
Also, in the same vintage style, I had noted an alarm clock from Victrola located on the night stand. This design is an interesting snap to the old car radios with rotary selector knobs.
I also noted a pair of wooden tables, night stand and coffee table, with a modern design which integrated well to the global style of the room.
It is clear that the designer at Meridien made an effort at finding interesting pieces to create a coherent style.
